RETURNS/ REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
We accept exchanges within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Criteria for Exchange
(1) The original receipt must be produced.
(2) The Items must be undamaged, unaltered, unused/unworn with all original tags/labels attached and intact.
(3) There is no refund of differences in prices (if the price of the new item is lower than the original item). Please note that if you are exchanging for an item of higher value than the original item, the balance must be paid either in Cash, NETS or Credit Cards accepted at our Pro Shop.
To initiate an exchange, please email photos of the item/(s) in original condition (undamaged, unaltered, unused/unworn with all original tags/labels attached and intact) as well as the receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your intentions. Do note that you have to visit Pro-Shop in person to exchange your item(s).
The exchange policy does not apply to the following:
(1) items bought during sales and promotions
(2) products sold at a promotional price due to existing (non-safety compromising) defects (e.g. discoloration)
(3) Load-bearing devices, and safety equipment such as carabiners, belay devices, harnesses, ropes and slings.
