Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 7 business days from the date of purchase. 

Criteria for Exchange

(1) The original receipt must be produced. 
(2) The Items must be undamaged, unaltered, unused/unworn with all original tags/labels attached.
(3) There is no refund of differences in prices (if price of the new item is lower than the original item).

Please note that if you are exchanging for an item of higher value than the original item, the balance must be paid either in Cash, NETS or Credit Cards accepted at our Pro Shop.

To initiate an exchange, please make an appointment and let us know your intentions. You have to visit Pro-Shop in person to exchange your item(s).

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g. when there are no similar products or reasonable alternatives)


The exchange policy does not apply to the following:
(1) items bought during sales and promotions
(2) products sold at a promotional price due to existing (non-safety compromising) defects (e.g. discoloration)
(3) Load-bearing devices, and safety equipment such as carabiners, belay devices, harnesses, ropes and slings.
